One of my favorite newborn photography sessions to date! This little guy was such a dream to photograph. He slept nearly the entire time and we got so many beautiful images! Dad was a golfer so we got some really cute shots with clubs and balls. This one, however, was my absolute favorite and I just had to share it on the blog! Placing a newborn in a football helmet is not the easiest thing to do but thanks to technology, we were able to merge two images easily. Special thanks to Dad as well for being a fabulous assistant so we could pull this off safely. :)

Sisters hold such a unique and special bond with one another. I was often jealous of my friends who had sisters to confide in, share clothes, talk about boys… Sure I loved my little brother but he didn’t share the same affinity for shoes and makeup that I did! :) These beautiful girls were such naturals in front of the camera. The main goal was to fill a large frame in their home with an updated image of their stunning faces. Easy peasy with looks like these! We had such a good time and captured so many beautiful images.

We fell in love with these sweet twin baby boys who came in for their first newborn portrait session at our Fort Worth studio. Their mommy and daddy visited us for maternity portraits and we were especially excited for the boys to arrive! As I always say, newborn photography is my favorite but with two, it is twice as fun (and twice the work but totally worth it!)

This cute session completely passed me by and I missed blogging it! I am terribly behind anyway so what’s one more from the past! This adorable couple came in with lots of ideas that I just loved. They are huge Dallas Cowboys fans and were getting ready to get the royal treatment in one of their new suites. Little Paxton was already hitting the big time and he didn’t even know it!

More newborn baby portraits here at the studio! I could never do enough cuddling with these sweet baby boys. One of my favorite families came for their 2nd newborn session here in the studio. It wasn’t long ago that we photographed big brother Copelan! The two reminded me so much of one another. Sweet, calm, and cuddly. Wyatt wanted to know what was going on at all times so he was hesitant to sleep the entire session. Check him out wide eyed in the basket. Most babies need to be completely asleep for this set but not Wyatt. He was just chilling out and posing like a pro! We were amazed and so tickled!

When Melissa, President of GRRNT, called me about being a part of their annual fundraising calendar, I could not have been more excited. I have always been drawn to Golden Retrievers and their laid back personalities. The pups I worked with were nothing short of amazing and I fell head over heels in love with the breed. Interesting enough, their owners were pretty cool too. :-)
Now if only I could convince my husband we have room for another fur 4 legged kid!
